We would like to introduce a non-woven fabric with recycled carbon fibre, which is produced from production waste or composites at the end of their useful life, thus saving the environment.
Nonwovens can be used as reinforcement for composite parts or for mould making. Ideal for infusion technology for composite production or for moulding with thermoplastics or epoxy films.
It is well suited for larger composite parts to achieve high tensile and flexural strengths. Works well with epoxy resins. Can be combined with chopped fibers or fiberglass or woven fabrics, or also with Kevlar (aramid fibers).
Ideal for reducing the weight of your products and maintaining the highest possible strength.
Thanks to the excellent properties of carbon fibre nonwovens, they can be used to produce a composite that can easily replace aluminium alloys, especially with regard to mechanics.
It is easily compressible, the final thickness of the product is mainly defined by the mould.
