Do you need a special plastic with extreme strength, increased toughness, excellent dimensional stability or higher thermal conductivity? We offer you a customized production of compound with our carbon fibers according to your defined mechanical, thermal or functional parameters.

🔧 What can we offer you?

• Production of granulate with any polymer base - PLA, ABS, PA6, PA12, PETG, PC, PP, PEI, ASA, PSU, PEEK, PBT and others.

• Possibility of reinforcement with recycled carbon fibre or new glass fibres in different lengths for different applications. 250um for filament manufacturers, 4-6mm for pellet printers or injection moulding.

• Material optimization for:

  • toughness (impact, drop tests),

  • tensile and flexural strength,

  • dimensional stability during printing,

  • thermal and electrical conductivity,

  • resistance to chemicals and UV radiation,

  • antistatic or ESD properties.

• If required, we also select suitable additives for special properties such as non-cracking of strings during winding, better compatibility of fibres and matrix, additives for lower material wetness or reduced thermal degradation.

2. We will design and produce a test sample of the compound - you can print it and test it in your own conditions.

3. After agreeing on the properties, we produce material to order from tens of kg to tons.
