News in the e-shop: ABS CF15, PETG GF15 and custom production of carbon fiber compounds
Introducing three new items in our range of materials for large format pellet 3D printing. Each of them targets a different customer segment - from developers of technical parts to companies with an emphasis on ecology and individualization.
⚫ ABS CF15 - strong, stable and proven for industrial 3D printing moulds
ABS CF15 is a technical compound based on ABS with 15% recycled carbon chopped fibre (approx. 4 mm). This material is optimized for large-format pellet 3D printers and is especially excellent for:

mould printing (e.g. for composites and laminates),
-
production of construction models and jigs,
-
solid prototype parts with higher stiffness and dimensional stability.
🔍 The material is verified by the industrial LFAM printer manufacturer Weber Additive.
✅ Benefits of carbon fibre:

improved tensile and flexural strength,

higher dimensional stability during printing and after cooling,

significantly lower deformation compared to pure ABS.

This affordable material is ideal for customers looking for a balance between price, rigidity and environmental friendliness.
PETG GF15 is a compound containing recycled PETG and 15% glass fibre. Suitable for:

technical parts with dimensional accuracy and rigidity requirements,

Large format prints where low distortion is important,
-
companies that favour a sustainable approach.
🔧 The material is easy to process on most pellet 3D printers (e.g. Weber Additive, Piocreat G12, CEAD, Titan, etc.).

We have launched a new service that all designers, developers and filament makers will appreciate. If you need a material with specific properties, we produce it to order:
